Uzbekistan running series with Casey Gilbert: Social benefits of exercise

The social benefits of exercise start this week with my iFit Uzbekistan running series with Casey Glibert and finished my weekly running stats with:

One of the Social benefits of exercise is following the iFIT program and competing with other like minded people. Casey Gilbert is a iFIT trainer that is high energy and expresses himself loudly in this series but is also respectful when running through open markets and religious building. His upbeat tone is to motivate you through some of the challenging sections of the work out. So if your looking for high energy with some history and culture the Uzbekistan is the series for you. According to his bio here in the Ifit trainer highlight. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and former Division I track and field hurdler from upstate New York. He also moved from New York City to Utah to join the Ifit family full time.

As a result of following what I learned in my fitness journey, my weight has been steady at 207 with most of my eating habits in check. My next weight goal is 200 before I review my fitness plan and introduce more weight training. Besides seeing my belly slim down I have notice loss in muscle as well so finding that balance between looking slim and looking fit will be the next goal.
