iFit Challenge: iFit Weight loss Italian style

If you are like me, your weight loss journey can lack guidance and support from time to time. It is one of the main reasons I chose to stick with the IFit fitness program since they have excellent workout series like the one I just completed called: Italy Weight Loss Walking Series.  So if you’re stuck in a fitness rut, it’s time to try something new – iFit Weight Loss.

The Italian Weight Loss Walking Series is one of the best fitness series to schedule through the iFit fitness program. Stacie and Chris Clark are husband and wife tag team members that knock it out of the park.

Below you can see my progress in what I call the best ifit workouts for weight loss. Since I have been working on my fitness I ran mostly throughout the program that I was able to customize.
