Need a reason to quit sugar? Sugar might seem like a sweet, harmless treat, but it can have a decidedly bitter effect on our overall health. I for one have a sugar addiction that I blamed it on my sweet tooth. However the truth is the food manufactures add excess sugar to their product as refined sugars that can lead to elevated triglycerides and create a product that can be habit forming.
